SA:Bradman son considers mediation over name

ADELAIDE, Feb 9 AAP - Sir Donald Bradman's son may try mediation over the alleged exploitation
of the legendary cricketer's name.

John Bradman and two other executors of Sir Donald's estate are suing law firm Allens
Arthur Robinson, claiming it breached its contract and was negligent in assigning Sir
Donald's name to the Bradman Foundation.

In the South Australian Supreme Court on Wednesday, Justice Richard White set down
a trial date of August 1.

He also asked if the parties would consider mediation and was told Mr Bradman's lawyers
